Job Description
We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Advisor for our Victoria Quatre Bornes shop. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with strong manual skills who can deliver high-quality frame adjustments, perform minor to complex repairs (including welding), and provide expert advice to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform frame adjustments and repairs, from simple fixes to complex interventions, including welding.
- Provide technical guidance and professional advice to customers on frames and lenses
- Ensure precision, quality, and attention to detail in all technical work.
- Support sales performance through knowledgeable and professional recommendations.
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with Mathieu Opticien standards.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stock management, cash handling, and reporting.
- 3–5 years of experience in optical retail or a similar technical role.
- Strong expertise in frame repair, adjustment, and maintenance.
- Excellent manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills.
- Reliable, organised, and adaptable.
