Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Take delivery of all incoming goods and reconcile with purchase orders
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Manage inventory customers and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
- Keep up to date all records, documents for all transactions.
- Responsible for stock accuracy and dented items.
- Manage customers relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
- Responsible for damaged items on reception and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum Form 5
- At least 1 year of experience in Stock Management
- Basic numerical/accounting / Data information and simple manipulation on the system (WMS).
- Notion of health, safety & quality standards
- Good communication skills both orally and in written
- Good attitude
- Good Knowledge of Ms Office
