Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Ensure that the preparation and deliveries of products to customers are organized efficiently to attend customers’ demands in a timely manner.
• Participate in daily store activities, carry out inventories and inventory control activities, Stock Count - Perpetual & Annual Stock Count.
• Coordinate and supervise the store and provide weekly reports.
• Monitor visitors in/out of the store.
• Ensure the right products/models and quantity are delivered/received.
• Comply with health, safety and quality procedures.

Job skills and requirements:

• A holder of a School Certificate or any other equivalent qualifications.
• Highly customer centric & always striving to provide customers with positive experience.
• Working experience in retail sales will be a definite advantage.
• At least one year experience in similar field is preferable.
• Good analytical and manual handling skills.
• Fluent in English, French and Creole.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Conversant with Microsoft word and excel.
• A team player.
