Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and training to users on ERP, custom applications and BI
• Analyse business requirements, define and implement solutions
• Support and maintain ERP systems and other custom applications
• Design, develop and Maintain BI reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and Power BI
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with strong abilities to meet deadlines
• Self organizer and ability to act upon priorities
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
