Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and sanitise working top before starting mise en place

Performs specific allocated tasks in all areas of the kitchen

Attend departmental briefings

Prepare mise en place as per menu or Buffet

Basic cooking under supervision of Demi Chef de Partie/ Chef de Partie

Display food products on buffet

Clean working top constantly ( clean as you go )

Perform any cognate duties assigned by Chef de Partie/ Demi Chef de Partie

 

Profile

NC3 from hotel school preferred

A minimum of 1 year experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage 

Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to work flexible hours

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in both English and French
