Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The role works closely with the Senior Project Manager and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•            Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Monitor project progress and report on performance

Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

Support site and office-based project activities as required

Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards


Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Senior Project Manager

No direct team supervision responsibilities


Salary & Benefits

Salary: 45,000 per month

Car Allowance: 9,000 per month

Additional benefits may be provided in line with company policy


Candidate Profile

Education: Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 4–5 years in a similar role


Skills:

o Strong project management skills

o Good coordination and communication abilities

o Ability to work effectively within a team

Language: French (mandatory), English preferred

Driving License: Required

Private Vehicle: Preferred
