RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the helpdesk.
- Monitor, prioritise and organise daily interventions with the Technical team.
- Follow-up with suppliers for warranty claims.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and support quality.
- Good knowledge of computer systems.
- Proficiency in helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
