RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the helpdesk.
  • Monitor, prioritise and organise daily interventions with the Technical team.
  • Follow-up with suppliers for warranty claims.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and support quality.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems.
  • Proficiency in helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
