Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide the highest level of quality service to our guests ensuring high levels of comfort and customer expectation met.
• Provide attention and service to guests as per hotel standards
• Ensure health and safety and procedures are respected
• Re set up treatment rooms after each guest
• Attends daily briefing and receives instruction from supervisors and managers covering the daily planning of the Spa that she is assigned to work for
• Report any maintenance problem in treatments rooms or in public area
• Immediately inform superior of any guest complain

Qualification & Experience

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage 
• Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to work flexible hours 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Fluent in both English and French 
• Preference will be given to candidates living in the Eastern Region
• Communication and customer service skills
