Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a superior guest focus while performing duties.
• Create a memorable and premium guest experience and atmosphere.
• Perform all required serving duties including open and closing duties.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Maintain, clean and stock service areas and dining areas.
• Answer guests questions and requests with knowledgeable and accurate answers.
• Maintain safe/clean work area in a consistent manner.

 Candidate’s Profile:

• Hold a relevant Vocational Certificate in Restaurant and Bar Service.
• At least 2 years serving experience or restaurant experience required.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent guest service skills, desire to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Upbeat and outgoing personality with a high level of self - confidence.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Be flexible to work on a shift system
