Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and bid farewell
• Take guests' order promptly and do the proper follow up
• Inform kitchen or bar about orders as soon as any food item or drink are ordered by guests
• Supervise the quality of the service offered to guests
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and reports to his/her superior
• Encourage upselling and identify any additional revenue opportunities
• Follow-up on bill pending
• Report to maintenance any malfunctioning of uttilities
• Prepare roster
• Ensure that health & safety procedure are adhered to
