Job Description

As our Sales & Marketing Manager, your role is to lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing strategies that elevate our 5* small luxury Resort & Wellness brand’s presence and appeal to our discerning clientele. Your creativity and strategic vision contribute to positioning our resort as a premier destination for luxury experiences, aligning with its commitment to excellence and sophistication.  

  • Duties and responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, execute and achieve sales and marketing strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase market share
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels
    • Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition
    • Maximize revenue opportunities for all revenue centers including MICE, Food & Beverage and Wellness & Spa and grow market share
    • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, develop and set rates as well as tactical offers through review of market research and trends
    • Develop the annual sales and marketing budget and action plan
    • Closely track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
    • Conduct local and international sales calls and attend trade fairs
    • Evaluate and manage the performance of distribution channels, i.e., OTAs, Tour Operators, Booking Engine and General Sales Agents and partners and provide necessary assistance

    Key Competencies:

    The ideal candidate shall:

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a marketing concentration, preferably in Luxury Brand Management
    • Have 8+ years including 5 years in a managerial position and 2 years in a sales position in hospitality.  Experience in the luxury hotel industry is an advantage
    • Have proven success in a similar role
    • Versed in hotel Reservation and Property Management System and digital marketing tactics
    • Be results oriented
    • Have strong networking, communication analytical, time management and organizational abilities
