Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and ensure timely service.

• Memorize menu items and daily specials to assist guests effectively.

• Recommend appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the dining experience.

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.

Working Hours:

• 45 hours per week

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and a courteous demeanor.

• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.

• Neat appearance and a team-oriented attitude.

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

• Willingness to stand and walk for long periods during service.
