What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the welcoming and trusted voice of Quantum Insurance. You’ll engage directly with our clients to:

• Deliver tailored quotations and assist with new policies and renewals.
• Guide customers through our products and services via walk-ins, phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Ensure clients are fully informed and confident about their insurance choices.
• Follow up diligently to maintain smooth, timely policy processing.
• Provide administrative support and help maintain accurate customer records.
• Act as a brand ambassador by offering a top-tier service experience at every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring team spirit, service excellence, and a solution-oriented attitude. You might have honed your skills in the insurance industry or any other fast-paced, customer-first environment.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Minimum HSC qualification
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong command of written and spoken communication
• A naturally warm, composed, and courteous manner
• Attention to detail
