EXPERIENCE

• SC level or equivalent, professional training and professional experience
• Recognised qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy
• Minimum SC,
• Diploma in Massage
• Diploma in beauty Therapy
• Certificate or Knowledge in Supervisory/ administrative skills
• Computer literate
• At least 2 years past experience as therapist
• 1 years working experience at Reception in a Hotel Spa Environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide spa treatments and products advice to guests .
• Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests.
• Provide efficient products advices to guests after treatments or at any request from the guest.
• Take part in training and implement accordingly
• Train and motivate subordinates for which he/she is responsible
• Ensure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System
• Ensure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies
• Help therapists in their duties
• Ensure cleanliness of furniture, fixtures and equipments in Spa
