Job Description
- To develop and supervise other staff: Purchasing Officer & Purchasing Assistant.
- To establish and maintain all vendor relationship – domestic and international.
- To coordinate between Finance department and Area Purchasing.
- To liaise with all department heads for straight and effective communication.
- To receive and file, and follow through all incoming purchasing requests from the property.
- To perform other tasks as deemed appropriate by the General Manager and Financial Controller
- The level of initiative and pro-activeness in all functions.
