Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in trial and provide report about the pros and cons of the new raw materials received by taking in consideration the operators, technical and production comment.
- Carry out incoming inspection on new batch of all raw mats as per PI requirements or any other standard set.
- Ensure that all sanitation is being performed by the Operator as required at the specific ranges of concentration and time period before each and every production.
- Take all the tests at a definite frequency on all stages of the process to ensure good quality of products are being delivered to the customers (Control of the whole process).
- Ensure that all personnel and visitors on plants are adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ensure that HACCP/ISO are being observed at all stages of the process.
- Remove all non-conform finished products and raw mats that do not meet the standards and do an NCR Report.
- Carry out regular Audits (GMP) and work towards a Total Quality mind-set to maintain good results in AIBI and all external audits.
- Ensure that syrup is being bottled within the specific time period of time.
- Ensure that Apparatus Calibration is being carried out at definite frequency to maintain accuracy of in-house testing.
- Clean lab on a regular basis and ensure destruction of all witness sample are done after the specific time period.
- Perform any other cognate duties related to Quality as delegated by the Factory Manager or its delegate.
