  • Attend training sessions and implement learned skills effectively in daily operations.

  • Keep superiors informed about unusual matters affecting departmental plans or operations.

  • Ensure compliance with establishment rules, regulations, and policies.

  • Provide effective on-the-job training and maintain accurate training records.

  • Maintain team discipline and report issues promptly to superiors.

  • Support teamwork and ensure smooth, effective shift handovers.

  • Promote team welfare, safety, development, and strong interpersonal relationships.
