United Motors Ltd is hiring a Storekeeper for its Parts After Sales department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Close verification of incoming consignment and all discrepancies to be reported
• Ensure proper and timely binning of parts upon arrival of consignment
• Provide new bin code and new location for parts ordered for the first time
• New parts to be delivered to the workshop within a reasonable time frame
• Regular monitoring of all parts within the warehouse, investigate about missing parts and to provide findings within the shortest delay
• Perform timely shipment of parts
• Ensure that parts on service order are timely shipped to avoid stock discrepancies
• Always maintain a proper standard of cleanliness throughout the warehouse

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Higher School Certificate
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position

• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Computer Skills
• Customer Service oriented
• A valid driving license would constitute a definite advantage
