Job Description
Main Duties & Responibilities:
- Ensure Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act 2005 and associated legislation.
- Be responsible for SHEQ in the Company by supervising and coordinating work systems to ensure optimum quality standards in deliverables.
- Control, update, review and issue SHEQ documents.
- Implement SHEQ Management system.
- Develop a yearly training plan.
- Shedule and carry out monthly SHEQ risk assessments and internal audits.
- Participate actively in Safety, Health & Environment meetings.
- Prepare for audits, safety & health requirements and quality assurance.
- Assist in incident investigation and reporting.
Profile:
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good leadership and organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Holder of a valid driving licence
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Management or any other equivalent qualifications as set out in the first schedule of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2005.
- Minimum of 3 years' working experience in a similar position.
- Experience in ISO 45001 or equivalent, will be an advantage.
