Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Trainee to support the HR Department in daily administrative and operational activities while gaining practical experience in Human Resources management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities
• Support employee records and HR documentation management
• Assist in payroll and attendance administration
• Support employee engagement and HR operations activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR Department

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field (or currently studying)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
• Willingness to learn and develop in HR field
• Organized and detail-oriented
