Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling all inquiries from our agents as assigned (incl. quotations, packages, etc.)
- Follow up on existing quotes and inquires with Tour Operators
- Make reservations.
- Prepare documents i.e. vouchers, etc.
- Handling all the amendments on current reservation through backend.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service while promoting the company’s services.
- Accountable for high volume replying email & phone calls
- Perform cognite duties
Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook
