Job Description
Join Our Team at Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa
We are
looking for a passionate and motivated Learning & Development
Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.
Key
Responsibilities
- Coordinate
and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with the Learning &
Development Manager
- Prepare
training schedules, calendars, training materials, and internal
communication related to learning activities
- Maintain
accurate training records, attendance sheets, certificates, and monthly
training reports
- Support
the onboarding and orientation process for all new Team Members to ensure
a smooth integration into the company culture and brand standards
- Assist
the L&D Manager with the internship and Early Careers portfolio from A
to Z, including coordination with institutions, candidate screening,
onboarding, follow-up, and evaluations
- Coordinate
internship placements and maintain strong relationships with schools,
universities, and training institutions
- Assist
in organizing Job Fair, workshops, team-building activities, and
departmental learning events.
Requirements
- A
minimum of 1 year experience as L&D Coordinator or in administrative
position.
- Diploma
or Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Excellent
communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous
experience in HR or Training & Development would be an advantage
