Job Description

Join Our Team at Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with the Learning & Development Manager
  • Prepare training schedules, calendars, training materials, and internal communication related to learning activities
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, certificates, and monthly training reports
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for all new Team Members to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and brand standards
  • Assist the L&D Manager with the internship and Early Careers portfolio from A to Z, including coordination with institutions, candidate screening, onboarding, follow-up, and evaluations
  • Coordinate internship placements and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and training institutions
  • Assist in organizing Job Fair, workshops, team-building activities, and departmental learning events.

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as L&D Coordinator or in administrative position.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in HR or Training & Development would be an advantage
