Leal & Co Ltd is hiring an Internal Audit Officer for its Internal Audit department.

 MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Responsible to independently conduct Internal Audits and provide reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended.

• Responsible to provide consulting service to management, with the principal aims to ensure full compliance to existing policies, procedures and regulations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To develop a thorough understanding of business processes and document the processes in flowcharts and/or process narratives.

• To perform audit tests and prepare working papers.

• To evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives.

• To identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings.

• To propose practical and value added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies.

• To organize and reference work papers for review.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

•  At least HSC holder + ACCA level 2

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Internal Auditor
