We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Quality Controller to join our dynamic team at International Distillers Mauritius Ltd.

As a key contributor to our product development initiatives, the primary focus of your role will be to ensure exceptional quality control in crafting unique, exquisite, and timeless beverages.

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for innovation and be well versed in quality control.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HSC in Food Studies or Chemistry. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Beverage Formulation or related field is a plus.
• Strong motivation and exhibits self-discipline.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes in the alcoholic beverage industry is an advantage.
