Job Description
Medical sales representatives connect medical and pharmaceutical companies with healthcare professionals (HCPs). In this role, you will:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of your product portfolio.
- Schedule regular visits with HCPs.
- Deliver presentations and organize conferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs.
- Seek new clients and manage your work schedule.
- Analyze sales data to improve performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and monitor competitors.
- Work closely with a team of experienced reps.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Persuasive and outgoing with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Sales and customer relationship experience.
- Confidence, determination, and adaptability.
- Teamwork, networking, and business awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A valid driving license is required.
Training and a company car will be provided to help you succeed in this role. A driver's license is mandatory for this role.
