Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Handle customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Solve problems related to ticket sales and system issues
  • Take detailed notes of client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Work with IT team to resolve technical issues and system setups
  • Collaborate with administrative team to address client needs
  • Create reports using Excel to track tickets and issues
  • Follow up on client requests to ensure timely resolution

 

What We're Looking For:

  • SC/HSC/Diploma or certificate qualification
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems (like Jira) is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Eager to learn and grow in a support role
