 The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely processing of premiums, reconciliations, and payments while supporting the company’s financial operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and upload premiums collected (standing orders, transfers, cheques, cash) within deadlines.
• Reconcile premiums received against bank statements (M+2).
• Upload and maintain cash books for all schemes (M+1).
• Ensure compliance with the bank approval process.
• Handle daily finance routines: daily rates, bank balances, cheque banking, and ad hoc tasks.
• Manage petty cash and process payments for all schemes.
• Assist with debtors’ follow-ups and prepare Statements of Account.
• Prepare bank and claim reconciliations for designated schemes.

 About You

• SC and HSC holder
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field would be an advance
• 1 year of experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping (experience in Medical Insurance is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office and SAGE 200 Accounting system would be an advantage
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and time management skills
