Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Cluster – Direct Jobs of the Electrical Department, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Order materials and follow up on sites with the Procurement Team
- Manage a team of Electricians and Team Leaders
- Evaluate the performance of Electricians and Team Leaders and provide feedback to Management
- Attend surveys’ meetings and submit breakdowns for quotation purposes
- Ensure works are completed promptly
- Ensure Sign-Off sheets are submitted to the Head Office for claiming purposes
- Ensure Health & Safety measures are respected on the sites as per the company’s policies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma level or Other Qualifications from Local Training Institutions
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a supervisory role
- Fully conversant with IT software (Excel, Word etc)
- A clean valid driving license
- Other Requisites:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work odd hours
