Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily Finance operations.
• Filing and archiving of documents.
• Assist in the preparation of cheques and follow-up of invoices.
• Liaise with other departments for proper scheduling of work.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as instructed by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, ACCA Level 1, or any other related field.
• Prior internship or work experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Fresh school leavers meeting the above criteria may also apply.
• Good communication skills in both English and French.
• IT literate.
• Ready to work odd hours if required.
