Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and production staff in the manufacturing process.
• Load and unload materials and products from machines or production areas.
• Clean and organize the production area to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality issues.
• Pack, label, and store products according to company guidelines.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment as required.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

 Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or shifts, if required.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a production setting.
