Job Description
- Takes reservations of guests for restaurants and tours.
- Books excursions, excluding Ground Operator Tours, when requested directly by guests.
- Arranges external bookings with F&B Department.
- Checks on daily events, entertainment and sports activities to accurately inform guests.
- Liaises with Guest Relations for the sales of outings.
- Communicates guests’ likes and dislikes to Reception and Guest Relations, so as to update guests’ history files.
