Main Duties:

• Greet and guide children and parents upon arrival.

• Clearly explain safety procedures to children in a friendly and understandable manner.

• Check receipts and activity eligibility before equipping children.

• Equip and securely fasten harnesses and other gear for children.

• Ensure all children meet the height, age, and safety requirements for each activity.

• Monitor children closely during activities to ensure safe play.

• Enforce all park safety regulations and stay updated on safety standards and procedures.

• Provide assistance, encouragement, and support to children throughout the experience.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a recreational, educational, or customer-facing environment is preferred.

• Patient, friendly, and attentive to the needs of young children.

• Good communication skills with both children and parents.

• Strong understanding of safety practices, especially in activity-based environments.

• Ability to stay alert, energetic, and responsive throughout the day.

• Basic First Aid knowledge or certification is an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to assist with equipment and supervise active play.

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
