Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the achievement of the company’s marketing objectives and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Produce engaging content for both digital and traditional media platforms that resonates with target customers.

  • Monitor and manage assigned portions of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery.

  • Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan.

  • Collect, analyze, and report on marketing data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

  • Ensure alignment of marketing activities with broader company strategies and goals.

  • Coordinate and support the rollout of promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.

  • Explore and assist in managing multiple customer acquisition channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.

  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to interpret marketing metrics and present findings in a clear and actionable format.

  • Solid writing and content creation skills across various formats and platforms.

  • Proficient in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
