Job Description
Main Duties:
- Detect and report malfunctions and defects in electrical systems
- Perform regular inspection and repair of all electrical equipment of the power plant
- Maintain records of maintenance activities under his/her responsibility
- Efficiently manage time and complete all assigned tasks
- Train new recruits
Profile:
- Sound knowledge in electrical engineering & instrumentation
- Sound knowledge of power plant processes
- Diligent in maintaining the cleanliness of the power plant
- Understanding of safe working practice related to maintenance operations
- organisational skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work during odd hours and public holidays
Qualifications:
- Holder of School Certificate (SC) / Higher School Certificate (HSC) or any alternative qualification
- Holder of a Brevet d'Etudes Professionnelles (BEP) / Brevet de Technicien (BT) in electricity / Diploma / Diplome Universitaire de Sciences et Techniques (DUST) / or alternative equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in a related field
