Main Responsibilities:

• To drive any company motor vehicles to designated destinations for product deliveries.
• To post and dispatch letters, parcels or any other items as and when requested by Management.
• Handle all Banking Process.
• To drive safely to ensure that all deliveries or other tasks are done within deadlines.
• To ensure that items delivered to sales outlets are being checked by shop staff and invoice. duly signed to acknowledge receipt.
• To help and assist in loading and unloading of materials.
• To ensure that vehicles are kept at all times clean and tidy.
• To perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level, tyre pressure etc and inform Management about any repairs and maintenance.
• To report any incidents or injuries to Management immediately.
• To insert all records of movement of vehicles in log book.
• To help in the day-to-day duty as and when required in all stores.
• To help and assist other colleagues as and when requested in other Department/Section (production etc.)

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

• Valid Mauritian manual driving license 
• Valid Motorcycle driving license (min. Learner)
• At least one year of experience as driver 
• Good knowledge of Banking processes
• SC or any equivalent qualification
• Organization and planning skills
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
