Job Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain infrastructure and application of software solutions
•  Assist in planning and integration of new software products.
• Collaborate with on-site and remote teams to deliver software-related projects
• Conduct testing to identify and resolve potential bugs and issues
•  Provide on-site 24/7 technical support to troubleshoot software problems
• Business Trip to support project in other countries

Requirements and Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields
• Datacom knowledge will be an advantage.
•  Proficient with Linux, SQL and Programming Languages
• Basic networking knowledge
• Cloud and virtualization knowledge
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Quick to adapt and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills (both written and oral)
• Well-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
•  The ability to work to tight time schedules.
