The Showroom Assistant will have the responsibility to carry out duties as instructed by the Showroom Supervisor.

Qualification

Minimum HSC 

Experience

Minimum 2 years in the same field

Responsibilities

1. Invoicing/Operating cash registers to process customer transactions
2. Providing personal attention to customers’ need by assisting them 
3. Providing excellent customer service to customers by greeting them and answering to their questions about products 
4. Providing personal attention to customers’ need by assisting them in selecting items that best suit their needs.
5. Arranging promotions such as sales promotions, new product launches etc.. 
6. Keeping track of stock levels to ensure that there is enough stock to meet demand
7. Restocking items to be sold 
8. Updating price tags on items.
9. Prepare and send quotation/proforma invoice and follow up
10. Reporting and other administrative work

Shop Assistants will receive on-the-job training

They might have previous experience in a similar role.
