Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |

1 |
Operational Oversight −
Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are
clean, functional, and compliant with safety regulations. −
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and
customers during shifts, addressing queries or concerns promptly. −
Prepare reports, including inspection checklists,
outlining operational activities, issues, and recommended improvements. −
Ensure site rules and regulations are adhered to during
events and operational activities. −
Work under strict deadlines and address after-hours
requests as needed, based on workload and urgency. −
Assist in scheduling and coordinating events organised
by management, ensuring smooth execution. −
Collaborate with operations and other team members to
ensure tenant satisfaction and the smooth functioning of the centre. |

Customer Service −
Handle visitor complaints and feedback professionally
and ensure timely resolution. −
Provide information about services, policies and
operational procedures to visitors. |
|

3 |
Team Coordination −
Manage and oversee the performance of security,
housekeeping and maintenance staff on duty. −
Coordinate between departments and business units to
ensure seamless operations. −
Conduct briefings and handovers to ensure all team
members are informed of ongoing and upcoming tasks. |

4 |
Tenant Liaison −
Build strong relationships with tenants, addressing
their operational and facility-related concerns. −
Provide information about services, policies, and
operational procedures to tenants. −
Support new tenants with onboarding and ensure readiness
of spaces/lots for occupation. −
Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements,
including operating hours, signage, and promotional activities. −
Coordinate with the marketing team for all activities of
the centre so that proper planning can be done. −
Respond to tenant complaints, investigate concerns, and
collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues effectively. |

Facility Maintenance −
Ensure all areas are at all times clean, well-lit and
presentable. −
Report and ensure all cases related to infrastructure
and equipment requiring repair and maintenance are completed within
stipulated timelines |
|
|
6 |
Safety and Security −
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations,
addressing any deviations. −
Monitor security protocols, including crowd management
during peak hours and emergencies. −
Conduct checks on fire safety equipment and ensure
evacuation plans are updated and visible. |
|
|
7 |
Policy Enforcement −
Ensure all tenants and customers adhere to Centre
policies, including noise levels, waste disposal, and parking
regulations. |
|
|
8 |
Emergency Management −
Serve as the on-site contact for emergencies, including
medical incidents, power outages, or security threats. −
Coordinate evacuation procedures and liaise with
emergency services when required. Supervise and train
maintenance staff on aspect of emergency to keep high standards of service
delivery. |

9 |
Any other
duty as may be requested from time to time. |
