Job Description

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILTIES 

  • Promote the image of the Hotel
  • Prepare the outlet before guests arrival
  • Make sure each customer has a pleasant and comfortable experience
  • Aware of guests’/ visitors’/ repeaters' preferences/ special requirements of food and beverage
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and outlet's promotions and any special offers.
  • Provide excellent guest service by identifying all our guests' needs and preferences acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence
  • Respond promptly to guest's requests
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using micros
  • Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area
  • Assist in conducting inventory of equipment, linen and materials
