Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with third parties and customers to ensure resolution of incidents and assistance request;
  • Knowledge of ITIL and industry-based standards would be a real advantage;
  • Design, develop and document solutions and lead clients throughout support phases;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transversal collaboration is met on different-subjects related to support;
  • Provide clients’ support on specific ERP and other third-party interfaces;
  • Proactively maintain knowledge repository of current and future solutions

Profile:

  • Degree in Business or IT or other related fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience relevant to this position;
  • Excellent understanding of Business Processes: Trade & Logistic & Manufacturing;
  • Deep knowledge of an ERP system, process-based system. (Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will be preferred);
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Query Language;
  • Must possess good analytical, problem solving and time management skills;
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) both English & French;
  • Ability to work in a team and to work after working hours when required;
  • Holder of a valid Driving License;
