| 10 | Establish and maintain continuous and fruitful contacts with customers |
| 11 | Answer any query from guests by having a sound knowledge of all items offered for sale |
| 12 | Maintain outstanding store condition on visual merchandising standards |
| 13 | Help and anticipate guests in their choices |
| 14 | Recommend, give advise and guidance on product selection to guests |
| 15 | Participate in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel |
| 16 | Ensure sales target are met, provide optimum customer service and assist to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization |

| 19 | Report any breakage, defect, loss of operating equipments and accessories to Superior |
| 20 | Follow up billing |
| 21 | Ensure energy saving (electricity, water) |
| 22 | Follow the set procedures for opening and closing the boutique |
| 23 | Ensure that the boutique is always clean and tidy |
| 24 | Display boutique’s window and arrange items creatively as per standards |
| 25 | Prepare a receipt for guests when a sale is closed and record the sale (cash or credit) |
| 26 | Prepare cash and credit summary, balance the account and submit all cash, receipts and credit summary to receptionist on a daily basis |
| 27 | Ensure that all sale figures are input on the system |
| 28 | Ensure sufficient stock of items at all times |
| 29 | Make requisitions of items when minimum stock is reached |
| 30 | Properly store the items to avoid any wastage |
| 31 | Liaise with Superior at Head Office for all orders or any matter arising |
| 32 | Assist guests in a friendly and engaging manner |
| 33 | Manage point of sale processes |
| 34 | Ensure all items have appropriate price tag |
| 35 | Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units |
| 36 | Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
