A Reference Check Form was attached to the email previously sent to you — please complete this form and upload it at this stage of your enrollment in the system.

• Completed Reference Check Form
• Reference Letter(s)
• Certificate of Character
• Copy of valid ID or Passport
• Proof of address
• Birth Certificate
• Academic Certificates (originals will be collected in hard copy at our head office)
