Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist tourists upon arrival, introducing and promoting the Emtel Tourist SIM
• Sell and distribute prepaid SIM cards as per the monthly target set by management
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Emtel products and services, including data packages and prepaid Airbox devices, to provide accurate information to customers
• Keep inventory up to date through daily stock reports and ensure smooth operations at the counter
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain accurate daily cash reports for all SIM card and package sales

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC)
• Candidates with a good SC and relevant work experience will also be considered

Required Skills and Aptitudes:

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Ability to communicate in other foreign languages (Hindi, Mandarin, Dutch, Italian) is an advantage
• Courteous and professional towards passengers and other stakeholders
• Extrovert personality, comfortable in a busy, customer-facing environment

Candidates from the southern region (nearer to SSR Airport) will be preferred.
