Quality Controller

Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Quality Controller for its After Sales (Bodyshop) department.  

MAIN FUNCTION:

Responsible for performing rigorous quality control and test drives after completion of repairs to ensure zero defects in the work performed, while ensuring that customers’ requests and complaints are addressed in accordance with Leal & Co Ltd standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all company procedures, policies, and standards are followed.
• Conduct road tests upon requests to better understand customer complaints.
• Inspect vehicle and report any anomalies.
• Complete the Road Test Report/ Quality Control Sheet accurately and legibly.
• Report any additional work required before submitting the vehicle to the Service Advisor.
• Report quality issues and anomalies to the Workshop Supervisor/ Manager for corrective action.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• School Certificate
• Relevant qualifications in body repairs & automotive painting would constitute a definite advantage
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position and/or in Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
