Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the service operations of our Restaurants.
- Ensure consistent luxury service standards and memorable guest experiences.
- Collaborate closely with culinary teams to deliver seamless service.
- Develop and inspire Restaurants teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences, operational excellence, and strong leadership of Restaurants teams.
Qualifications and Profile:
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in restaurant leadership within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passion for gastronomy and guest experience.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.
