Job Description
The Tea Lady will be responsible for providing professional and courteous tea and beverage service to the executives, senior management and visitors on the Executive 6th Floor, while ensuring a clean, and hygienic environment in the kitchen, dining room and Board/meeting rooms at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key responsibilities are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and other refreshments.
- Provide hospitality support during executive meetings and functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, pantry, dining and meeting rooms.
- Washing of cutleries
- Clean the kitchen equipment (e.g., fridge, microwave etc.) on a regular basis
- Ensure adequate availability of beverages, snacks, crockery and supplies.
- Ensure that kitchen provisions are stored safely
- Set up and clear meeting rooms as required.
- Attend promptly and courteously to executive and visitor requests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
PREREQUISITES:
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, hotel or office-service roles is an advantage.
- Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food-safety practices.
- Ability to work in a professional executive environment.

- Good communication skills – basic English & French.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum qualification: School Certificate/O-level
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a corporate environment
