Commercial Operations Administrator

Skybridge Global is looking for an organised, accurate and motivated Commercial Operations Administrator to join our Mauritius office.

This is a hands-on administrative and operational role supporting the day-to-day activities of our international sourcing and trading business. The successful candidate will work across customer orders, supplier purchasing, shipping documentation, inventory and basic sales analysis.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the different areas of our business, with the potential to develop into a more senior role over time.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with:

• Preparing quotations for customers.
• Capturing and processing Sales Orders.
• Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders to our suppliers, primarily in China.
• Following up with suppliers on orders and shipment dates.
• Preparing and checking Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and other shipping documentation.
• Maintaining accurate product, customer, supplier and order information in our business systems.
• Monitoring stock and assisting with inventory management.
• Working with customer sales and stock data to assist with basic sales analysis and reporting.
• Using Excel to maintain and analyse business information.
• General administrative and operational support to the Skybridge team.
• Following tasks through to completion and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Skills & Experience

We are ideally looking for someone with:

• 1–3 years' experience in an administrative, commercial, supply-chain, import/export or similar role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical ability and confidence working with data.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility.

Experience in shipping, imports/exports, FMCG, retail, wholesale or distribution would be beneficial but is not essential.

A university degree or relevant tertiary qualification would be preferred.
