Overview of the Cyberating Skills Center
Cybersecurity is a critical pillar of our organization’s resilience and growth. To ensure the highest standards of security, efficiency, and service quality, the Cyberrating Skills Center is a dedicated team within the Direction de la Sécurité du Groupe Orange (DSEC), responsible for delivering internal security services—collectively known as Orange CyberRating—to Orange’s internal customers, divisions, clusters, and subsidiaries worldwide. This center provides critical cybersecurity support, including customer cyber ratings follow-up, vulnerability management, and IP Networks data analysis, to enhance the security posture of the Orange Group.
Position Overview
As the Project Manager - Cybersecurity rating, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and overseeing the operational modalities of this center, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective cybersecurity services, streamline processes, and support the organization’s security posture.
Key responsibilities
RATE-MANAGE-IMPROVE
Beyond Rating the cyber maturity, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the tooling efficiency by creating an ecosystem of trust and improving the ecosystems’ performance.
The Project Manager - Cybersecurity rating will lead the operational procedures of the Skills Center, including workflows, operational instructions and technical instructions.
Coordinate activities such as:
- Customer cyber ratings follow-up
- Support for Orange cyber rating tools
- Vulnerability management follow-up
- External and internal cyber ratings follow-up
- Data cross-checking and analysis
- Development and maintenance of dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Maintaining an accurate and current customer inventory within the Enterprise Data Hub (EDH)
The selected candidate brings strong expertise in project management, cybersecurity operations, and process optimization, with hands-on experience in managing security services, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence.
The selected candidate shall be capable of translating complex technical requirements into clear operational procedures and effectively engaging internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Define and monitor KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
Coordinate stakeholder communication, reporting, and service level agreements.
Support the ongoing improvement of processes and tools to enhance service delivery
Required Profile
Education:
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity, network security, or related roles, with proven project management experience.
Certifications:
- CCNA and/or CCNP.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of IP networking.
- Knowledge of security domains such as vulnerability management, patching, and threat analysis.
- Ability to define processes, modalities, and KPIs.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
