Job Description

ABC Coach Works Ltd is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Sales Advisor to support the growth of its CNC Laser Cutting (Sheet & Tube) operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in business development, technical design, estimation, and customer relationship management while ensuring optimum utilization of our advanced laser cutting technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction, architectural, interior design, signage, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote CNC laser cutting services.
  • Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
  • Convert client concepts and drawings into accurate CAD designs and production-ready layouts.
  • Optimize material usage and nesting for cost-effective production.
  • Coordinate closely with workshop operations to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and project delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing.
  • Good computer literacy skills.
  • Valid driving license.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in CAD design, technical sales, estimation, or a related field.
  • Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or laser cutting operations will be an advantage.
