Technical Officer

A technical officer in the construction sector supervises building operations, inspects materials, and ensures that projects follow structural plans, safety rules, and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction work, check work quality, and guide field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Quality Control: Inspect building materials, oversee concrete mixing or specialized installations, and run tests to meet project specifications.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure site operations obey local building codes, zoning rules, and health or safety regulations.
• Surveys and Measurements: Carry out site surveys, level ground, help measure quantities, and prepare reports on project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
